Spine & Rehabilitation Medicine Associates is a physician group specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Started in 2021 by Dr Samuel Rosenberg who sought to bring academic level rehabilitation medicine care to the Rockland County region. Patients can expect to have a thorough evaluation to determine the root cause of their pain or disability. A personalized treatment plan involving medical management, physical and/or occupational therapy, injections and referrals will then be proposed.

Our Process

Evaluation

During the initial evaluation, A doctor will discuss the current symptoms the patient is experiencing, along with previous imaging, testing and treatments.

Physical Examination

We will conduct a thorough examination of the patient to further understand the issue and its potential causes.

Diagnoses and Treatment

Based on the information obtained from the evaluation and the physical examination, we will outline a comprehensive treatment plan to best treat your issues and symptoms. Treatment plans generally consist of an activity modification recommendation, medication, specific therapy protocol, and/or an injection.
